Niagara to remember victims of Pittsburg Synagogue shooting
A candlelight vigil to remember the victims of the shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh will take place in St. Catharines this weekend.
Local residents are organizing the event for this Sunday, November 4 at 6pm in front of city hall.
The vigil will also present an opportunity to stand with the Jewish community of St. Catharines.
Rosalie Samosh, the Vice President of B'nai Israel in St.Cathairnes tells CKTB they want to remember the 11 victims of the shooting.
She says thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and heroic first responders.
