If you are heading out this morning major roads are snowcovered and slippery in sections and you will also find most side streets a disaster.
Heavy snow is clogging our side streets and making for a tricky drive.
Ploughs and sanders are out but it will be a while before they play catch up.
We are also getting word of some sporadic power outages as heavy snow brings down power lines
Alectra reporting an outage from Highway 406 to Welland Canals Parkway, and another in the Hastings and Walnut Street area, both in St Catharines, power should be restored by 8 am.
