NRP charge 23 in license plate enforcement blitz
The N.R.P Traffic Enforcement Unit were out in the City of Niagara Falls on Friday.
Police used an Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) vehicle.
Among the 23 charges there were 1 unlicensed driver and 2 suspended drivers.
One suspended driver has been suspended for almost 10 years.
Police want to remind drivers to ensure all vehicle documents are up to date.
A conviction for driving while under suspension can result in a $1000 fine and a 6 month or more driving ban.
