NRP wins the International Tug of War

The men and women of the Niagara Regional Police have done us proud once again during a friendly competition with their counterparts from the US.

Over the weekend, officers from both sides of the border met at the Rainbow Bridge for the 56th edition of the International Tug of War.

Both NRP teams out-pulled the Niagara Falls Police Department from the States.

This week also marks Police Week - officers will be taking part several events including community safety days.

Today Chief Bryan MacCulloch, Deputy Chief Brett Flynn, Deputy Chief Bill Fordy, and Acting District Commander Aaron Gross will be at the Tim Hortons on Main Street West in Port Colborne from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. for Coffee with a Cop.
