O'Leary accuses rival of cheating

Conservative leadership hopeful Kevin O'Leary is accusing one of his rivals of engaging in fraud and vote-rigging.
In a statement, the celebrity businessman alleges another campaign is using untraceable prepaid credit cards to sign up fake members.
The party says it's investigating.
O'Leary is not naming names, but two people not connected to him tell The Canadian Press it is Maxime Bernier's campaign under scrutiny.
The Tories select a new leader in May.
