ONTARIO ELECTION | Horwath ramps up campaign and Ford faces lawsuit
It's going to be a busy day for NDP leader Andrea Horwath on the campaign trail.
Horwath has campaign events in eight cities in Sourthern Ontario today including Guelph, Brantford and Burlington.
Liberal Leader Kathleen Wynne is in Toronto, London and Kitchener.
PC leader Doug Ford will visit campaign offices in Toronto and will visit a shopping mall in Thornhill.
Meantime, Ford will have to deal with questions from the media today surrounding a lawsuit filed in court by his sister in law.
Renata Ford, the widow of the late mayor Rob Ford, is suing Doug alleging he mishandled her late husband's estate, causing her and her two children financial harm.
In a statement yesterday, Doug Ford who denies the allegations, says "Renata's lawyers have been clear to us throughout this campaign that either we hand over money, or they would go public with these false claims, and that is exactly what they have done, with three days to go until the election."
