ONTARIO ELECTION | On the campaign trail

What a difference a couple days makes on the campaign trail.

Kathleen Wynne stunned the province, Saturday announcing she will not be Premier after Thursday's election and urging voters to cast a ballot for the Liberals as a way to ensure neither of her rivals wins a majority.

Wilfred Laurier Political Science Professor Barry Kay says it's hard to accurately predict what will happen now, although he expects the Doug Ford Conservative's will win a majority by a slim margin.

Despite the announcement Wynne is still hitting the campaign trail hard.

Wynne will go on a Toronto media blitz this morning before heading to Midland.

NDP leader Andrea Horvath is touring southwestern Ontario and Ford only has one stop on his itinerary in Scarborough.
