Ontario government pauses law tackling ticket resale
The new Ontario PC government has put the brakes on a law passed by the previous Liberal government to deal with ticket prices.
A spokesperson says government officials plan to review the section of the consumer protection law that pertains to ticket resale.
Originally the law would have come into effect on July 1st and capped sports and concert ticket resale prices at 50% above the face value.
