Ottawa appears poised to shuffle
It's apparently shuffle time in Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government.
With Donald Trump getting his cabinet picks confirmed as he prepares to take over the US presidency late next week, Trudeau is expected to freshen up his own year-old cabinet -- especially those portfolios that will work closely with the new Trump administration.
Sources tell The Canadian Press that as many as one-third of the cabinet positions could see changes.
International Trade Minister Chrystia Freeland is rumoured to be moving to Foreign Affairs, replacing Stephane Dion.
And Status of Women Minister Patty Hajdu may take over the labour portfolio from MaryAnn Mihychuk.
