Police charge Welland resident with cocaine trafficking
A 46 year old Welland resident is facing charges as the Niagara Regional Police and RCMP wrap up an investigation into cocaine trafficking in the city.
Armed with three warrants, the police moved in yesterday, seizing bulk and pre-packaged cocaine worth around $2,160 on the street. They also found $15,000 worth of marijuana plants and some cash.
Lee Anne Lamontagne is facing trafficking charges and will appear for a bail hearing today.
