Port Colborne man facing charges in online sexual exploitation investigation
After an investigation that began in February, into online sexual exploitation of children, police have made an arrest.
40 year old Jason Favaro of Port Colborne is charged with two counts of possession of child porn, one count of accessing child pornography and a third charge of distributing child pornography.
Police raided a Port Colborne residence and also seized a number of computer systems and storage media.
Favaro has been held in custody pending a bail hearing today at the St. Catharines courthouse.
