Port Dalhousie waterfront development will move forward
Despite an order against its COO, the company that has taken over the waterfront development in Port Dalhousie says the project will move forward.
A Fortress representative tells the Standard, "Union Waterfront is one of the marquee projects in our portfolio and we continue to work with all involved to bring this dynamic project to life in Port Dalhousie.”
Last week, the province's Financial Services Commission issued an order against Fortress COO Vince Petrozza and also revoked his mortgage broker licence.
