Rainfall warning in effect for Niagara
Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for Niagara Falls - Welland - Southern Niagara Region St. Catharines - Grimsby - Northern Niagara Region
Rain, at times heavy, is expected.
Significant rainfall tonight and Monday, with total rainfall amounts near 50 mm.
Rain will begin this evening and become heavy at times tonight. Rain will taper to showers Monday evening.
This rain is the remnants of Tropical Depression Gordon.
If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
