Realtors praise Niagara's stability

Officials with the Niagara Association of Realtors are praising the market's stability after another good month.

Property sales are up 2.7% compared to November of last year, but, on average, condos are spending 3 more days on the market.

The average residential sale price also bumped up 6.1% to $408,905.

The fastest selling homes are found in Pelham and St. Catharines (30 days), while it takes almost twice that time to sell a home in Port Colborne (59 days).
