Residential construction in Fort Erie is booming
Fort Erie officials are celebrating record breaking residential growth.
During the first quarter of this year, 37 units were under construction, amounting to just over $17 million dollars.
That's more than double last year's first quarter value of $6.35 million.
Officials say one of the neighbourhoods seeing the biggest boom is the Thunder Bay development in the Ridgeway area.
