Single mom from Port Colborne wins $100,000
Paying off the mortgage and putting a bit of money away is top of mind for a single mom from Port Colborne after winning big with OLG.
Rosalynn Aliberti has been playing the lottery on and off for 20 years and was checking her ticket while grabbing a coffee when 'Big Winner' flashed on the screen.
As soon as she got back to the car she called her parents and had her mom double check the ENCORE numbers.
Aliberti says the $100,000 prize will go a long way to making her life easier.
The ticket was bought at the 7-Eleven on Clarence Street in Port Colborne.
