St. Catharines doctor accused of unprofessional billing and record keeping practices
A family doctor from St. Catharines is facing a disciplinary hearing at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
Doctor Gabriel Attallah is facing allegations of professional misconduct including disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct regarding billing and record keeping.
According to the CPSO, he is accused of billing for services he did not provide, requesting OHIP information from people accompanying patients for no proper purpose, and creating false or inaccurate records.
His practice is listed at 187 Queenston Street.
