St. Catharines stands in solidarity

Hundreds of people of all ages from all walks of life attended a rally in St Catharines to support the victims of the Charlottesville white supremacist rally.

Many came with their own homemade signs emblazoned with slogans like 'If you're not angry, you're not paying attention.'

The show of solidarity included a candlelight vigil and indigenous music.

The organizers say it is outstanding to see how many people turned up at City hall with only a few days notice
