St.Catharines Vigil will be held Tuesday afternoon to grieve victims of shooting
A Niagara organization is planning a vigil Tuesday to pay respect to the victims of the Quebec City mosque terror attack.
The Niagara AntiRacism Coalition organizing the gathering at St. Catharines City Hall at 5:30 p.m.
Organizers plan to walk from City Hall to the mosque on Geneva St to pay respects to the victims of the Quebec City attacks and their families and to show our unity in the face of unprecedented violence and hatred.
Karrie Porter with the Coalition tells CKTB 's Larry Fedoruk this is a way to grieve and act.
She says if you have never joined anything in your life, but feel strongly about the current state of affairs in Canada and the US she encourages you to join.
