Teaching assistants and postdoctoral fellows are calling McMaster University to the bargaining table
The union representing teaching assistants and postdoctoral fellows at McMaster University is getting ready to bargain.
A formal notice to bargain was issued to the school from both groups looking to improve funding, working conditions, and the amount of financial instability.
Dates have been set for the postdoc team and McMaster reps to meet in early May, while the team for teaching assistant will sit down with the school in early June to work out a new collective agreement.
