Teens facing charges after tourist in NF, NY hit in head with garbage can
Two teens are facing charges after a garbage can was tossed off a Niagara Falls, New York parking garage injuring a tourist.
It happened in August when a 50 year old Ohio woman suffered a serious head injury after she was hit by the can while walking with her family on Rainbow Boulevard.
Police have now charged two teens, one 18 and the other 16 with assault and reckless endangerment.
The woman later telling the Buffalo News, despite the incident, she would definitely be returning to visit the falls.
