Two men facing charges after B&E in Niagara Falls
Two people are facing charges after an apartment break in, in Niagara Falls.
Niagara Regional Police were called to an apartment on Victoria Avenue around 5:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say two male suspects forced their way into the residence and attempted to remove items.
Unfortunately for the suspects, the occupants fought back and gained the upper hand and called police.
25 year old Jeremy Walter Bancer and 32 year old Christopher Timothy Gervais are both charged with Break, Enter and Commit theft.
Bancer is also facing an additional charged of Failure to Comply with Probation.
Both men are being held in custody for bail hearings.
