Unplug at the Boys and Girls Club

A local children's group is offering a fun day of physical activity as they ask people to 'unplug' for at least an hour.

On Saturday, the Boys and Girls Club of Niagara will host a free swim and open gym as they taking part in Unplug to Connect.

The nationwide initiative asks Canadians to emerge from behind their screens and spend some actual face-to-face time with friends and family.

The free events are happening at the Boys and Girls Club on McLeod Road in Niagara Falls: the swim is from 3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. while the gym will be open from 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
