Upcoming police training in Niagara Falls
Members of the public should expect to hear the sound of simulated gun shots on May 1st and 2nd.
The smell of smoke and an increased police presence is also to be expected.
Niagara Regional Police Service say the training will be conducted in the area of Mountain and Taylor Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
The training exercises are expected to run on Wednesday May 1st and Thursday May 2nd, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
The public is asked to stay away from the training sites for their safety and for the safety of the officers involved.
