#PutYourStickOut has gone viral.
The movement which began just over a day ago has seen thousands of people putting their hockey sticks out in yards to pay tribute to the 15 people killed when the Humboldt Broncos team bus crashed Friday night.
TSN radio broadcaster Brian Munz appears to have popularized the stick trend by sharing a photo and message from one of his friends.
The message read “Leaving it out on the porch tonight. The boys might need it… wherever they are.”
