Welland drug arrest
A drug investigation into the sale of prescription medication from a Welland home has led to an arrest.
Niagara police executed a search warrant yesterday and seized a quantity of hydromorphone capsules, marijuana and cash.
Fifty-one year old Deirdre McMonagle of Welland is charged with possession of hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marihuana, and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
