Ross Memorial and the PRHC study integration

Ross Memorial Hospital and the Peterborough Regional Health Centre are proposing to integrate the two hospitals into a single hospital network with a submission to the Central East Local Health Integration Network.

A final decision has not been made with approvals needed by many groups.

The two hospitals have been working together for many years with collaborations already in many areas.

A series of public meetings and an online survey will be launched next month to collect feedback from stakeholders and the public.

The hospital leaders intend to submit a proposal to the LHIN in September.
