Van Dolder arrangements finalized

Owen Sound will come together to say goodbye to one of its favourite sons later this week. 

71 year old Andy Van Dolder died suddenly March 4 during a trip to Cancun, Mexico. 

The Van Dolder family is widely known for its home improvement businesses, including Van Dolder's Custom Exteriors and its property development.  

The family also has a long history in snowmobile racing dating back to the 70's. 

In fact Andy was inducted into the Owen Sound Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.  

He leaves behind his wife, Lucy, of 50 years as well as sons Kris and Tim along with their wives and several grandchilren.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre on Thursday, March 14th from 1:00 to 6:00 pm with a time for remembrances at 3:00 pm.

Spring interment in Annan Cemetery.
