Christmas Day Stabbing Suspect Arrested

Kingston Police have located a man, 43, who was wanted for what investigators describe as an unprovoked attack on Christmas Day.

Police say the suspect allegedly beat an acquaintance on the head before stabbing him multiple times in the torso, and then fled the scene.

The victim managed to lock himself in a room and call 911 for help.

Cecil Mills was wanted for assault, possession of a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, and breach of probation.

He was arrested on Monday but details on how and where he was found have yet to be released.
