City Seeks Nominees for 2018 Celebrating Accessibility Awards
If you know a person or organization making Kingston more accessible for everyone, then make sure you nominate them, so they can be recognized for their efforts.
The City is now accepting nominations for the 2018 Celebrating Accessibility Awards.
"Kingston belongs to all of us - people of all ages and abilities should feel welcome to access and enjoy our city. This year, we are hoping for an increase of nominations in our youth category to better recognize young people who have considered and addressed accessibility," says Julie Salter-Keane, community projects manager.
"The Celebrating Accessibility Awards recognize those who go above and beyond legislated requirements to make really positive impacts in the lives of Kingstonians."
