KGH Main Entrance Closed to Vehicles

Starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, the laneway that leads to the main entrance of Kingston General Hospital will be closed to traffic.

Asphalt and concrete repairs will shut down the main Kidd-Davies entrance until Monday, October 31.

“This is important work that must be done to continually maintain our facilities and support outstanding patient care,” says Allan McLuskie, Director of Facilities Management.

“We have planned this project so that it will have as little impact on patients and families as possible.”

Pedestrians will still be able to access the main entrance doors but vehicles that are dropping off or picking up patients or visitors can use the Armstrong entrance off Lower University Avenue.
