Kingston Man Charged Following Human Trafficking Investigation in Peterborough
A Kingston man has been charged in connection with an investigation into alleged human trafficking in Peterborough.
Officers started an investigation after they stopped a car for a roadside check in July, and were concerned for a female passenger.
They brought the information to the Peterborough County Crime Unit, who investigated further.
The accused, 36, was recently arrested and is charged with one count of procuring under 18 years, and two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.
