Kingston Man Sentenced to 4 Years for Sexually Assaulting Young Boys
A Kingston man, 50, who pleaded guilty to voyeurism, making child porn and sexually assaulting young boys over a 14 year period, will spend the next four years behind bars.
Gordon J. Marshall was arrested last April as part of a provincewide investigation by the OPP's Child Exploitation Unit.
He was given credit for 160 days he served in pretrial custody and will be added to the sex offender registry for life.
Marshal, a guitar teacher and financial planner, will also to be put on the Sex Offender Information Registry for life.
When he is released from prison, he will be banned from parks, public swimming areas and other places where children under 16 hang out.
