Kingstonians Show Up in Droves at Advanced Polls

11,644 people voted at advance polls in Kingston and the Islands, the highest number in the province.

According to Elections Ontario,  768,895 voters went to the polls early, a turnout of 18.8 per-cent.

In 2014, 647,261 electors voted at the advanced polls.

Wednesday, June 6, is the last day to cast your ballot ahead of the election, and you can do so at the Kingston and the Islands returning office in the Cataraqui Centre.

If you haven't received your voter information card yet, don't worry, all you need to cast your ballot on Thursday is a piece of ID showing your address, and date of birth.
