Man Accused of Domestic Abuse Found Passed Out in Backyard
A Kingston man, 26, face several charges, after allegedly assaulting his partner.
Police say the accused showed up drunk at his partner's home on Weller Avenue early Friday morning and became upset when he thought she threw a pillow at him.
That's when it's alleged he starting yelling, cursing and calling her names before he slapped her.
When the woman called a friend for help, Police say he struck her in the face and threatened her.
He did end up leaving the area when her friend arrived, and the victim suffered minor injuries.
She reported the incident later that morning and Police found the accused asleep in her backyard.
He was charged with; criminal harassment, assault, threats, and breach of release conditions.
