Man Allegedly Threatens Victim with Dog Attack

A Kingston man, 25,  who was arrested for allegedly assaulting his common-law partner and threatening to have his dog attack her, is now facing multiple charges.
Police say the woman fled their apartment early Wednesday morning, after the accused allegedly punched her multiple times during an argument and threatened to have his dog attack her.
An investigation revealed previous incidents during which the accused allegedly assaulted and sexually assaulted the woman.
Investigators allege the man denied her medical attention for several days following one incident.
The man is charged with three counts of assault, harassment by threatening conduct, and two counts of sexual assault.
