Man Arrested For Making Death Threats
A Kingston man, 35, has been arrested after allegedly attacking his wife and threatening to kill her.
On Friday, the accused became confrontational and Police say he grabbed the victim by the throat, held her by the arm and threatened to break it and kill her.
When he finally let go of the victim, she was able to call for help.
The accused was discovered walking around outside with no shirt and heavily intoxicated when officers arrived.
Further investigation revealed a previously unreported incident from October 28.
It's alleged that while the two were in their home, the accused broke a glass and held it against the victim's neck while threatening to kill her.
The man was charged with assault with a weapon, two counts of uttering threats to cause death, assault, and two counts of breach probation.
