Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting Two Young Girls
A Kingston man, 18, has been charged with sexually assaulting two girls, both 13, and drugging one of them.
Kingston Police began investigating the accused's relationship with the victim last month, and it was determined that between July 2018 and October 2018, he committed sexual assault.
During that time, another young woman came forward who had a relationship with the man when he was 17.
Those alleged incidents of sexual assault happened between March 2018 and August 2018.
When the man turned 18, Police say he continued his behaviour towards the victim and there was two incidents where she was drugged before being sexually assaulted.
The man was arrested on Wednesday and is charged with assault, three counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, and two counts of administering a noxious substance.
