Man Found in Bed of Wrong Apartment

A Kingston man is facing multiple charges after Kingston police say he was found lying in a bed in the wrong apartment.

Investigators say the tenant was not home at the time of the incident Tuesday afternoon.

Someone reported that a person had entered the residence in the city's east end, and a man was later found upstairs in a bedroom, lying in bed with a baseball bat.

The man, 24,  reportedly is a resident at the same complex, but police say he did not have permission to be in the unit.

He now faces a charge of being unlawfully in a dwelling and two counts of breach of probation.
