Police Look to the Public to I.D Vandal Suspect

Kingston police need your help identifying a vandal that smashed in the front windows of the Elm Cafe at 303 Montreal Street.

Police say the incident was caught on camera around 2:50 a.m. on February 5 where the suspect arrive by bike, dressed in dark clothing, and broke the front windows with a hammer.

Video surveillance stills of the suspect have been released to hopefully help identify the suspect.

This is the third time the Elm Cafe has had its windows smashed since September of 2016.
