Public Health Hosts Opiod Information Session

KFL&A Public Health is offering a public information session all about naloxone kits and how to respond to an opioid overdose on Wednesday, February 14.

The information session will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Public Health's main office on Portsmouth Avenue.

Free take-home nasal spray naloxone kits and training will be available at the end of the session and no registration is required.

KFL&A Public Health do have free naloxone kits available for people at risk of an opioid overdose, their families, and friends, and can be picked up at all Public Health locations, the Street Health Centre and community pharmacies.
