Miranda Lambert has been added to the lineup of performers at the upcoming 2019 ACM Honors in Nashville, where she will be honored with the ACM Gene Weed milestone award. The 13th annual ACM Honors will also include appearances by Lauren Alaina, Caylee Hammack, Shane McAnally, Midland, Billy Joe Shaver and Chris Young. The ACM Honors will take place on Aug. 21 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. Previously announced acts scheduled to attend the event include Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Maddie & Tae, Chris Janson, Ashley McBryde, Tenille Townes and Barbara Mandrell. Honorees include Kacey Musgraves, Brooks & Dunn and Martina McBride.

An Opry Salute to Ray Charles will premiere in syndication beginning on Thursday, September 5th on public television stations nationwide (check local listings), with a first-look debut on Nashville Public Television (WNPT) on Thursday (August 15th) at 8 p.m. CT. The special, which was taped last October, celebrates the songs of Ray Charles and features performances by Boyz II Men, Cam, Brett Eldredge, Leela James, Jessie Key, Ronnie Milsap, Lukas Nelson, LeAnn Rimes, Allen Stone, Travis Tritt, Charlie Wilson, Trisha Yearwood and Chris Young. An Opry Salute to Ray Charles is hosted by Darius Rucker.
