Foo Fighters Postpone Next Two Shows Due To Injury
Foo Fighters have been forced to reschedule their performances at the two-night grand opening of The Fillmore New Orleans, the multi-million-dollar live music venue inside Harrah's New Orleans casino, on February 15th and 16th. The dates have been rescheduled to May 15th and May 16th and all tickets for the original dates will be honored.
For those unable to attend the rescheduled dates, refunds will be made available at the original point of purchase. All refund requests must be received no later than end of day on Monday, February 18th. No additional refund requests will be processed after this date.
The band apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the rescheduling. They regret that they will no longer be able to christen The Fillmore New Orleans, but promise to "bring it in May."
The nature of the injury and the identity of the band member who was hurt had not been disclosed at press time.
Foo Fighters were just in Atlanta for a pre-Super Bowl concert on Saturday night (February 2nd), where the band was joined onstage at Perry Farrell, Tom Morello, Zac Brown and others.
