A$AP ROCKY IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT IN SWEDEN: A$AP Ferg has provided an update on A$AP Rocky, who was recently arrested in Sweden in connection with a brawl. Ferg said via Instagram, "He’s in Sweden locked up in solitary confinement with no visit or phone call privileges. They are trying to keep him there for 2 weeks and if convicted he will be looking at 6 years just for defending himself in a fight. He was no way in form the aggressor in this ordeal. Pray for justice."

J. COLE IS HAVING ANOTHER CHILD: J. Cole has revealed that he and his wife are having another child. According to Rap-Up, Cole shared the news on his new compilation album, Revenge of the Dreamers III. On his track, "Sacrfices," which features EarthGang, Smino and Saba, Cole said, "She gave me the gift of my son, and plus we got one on the way / She gave me a family to love, for that, I can never repay / I’m crying while writing these words, the tears, they feel good on my face." This will be the second child for Cole and his wife.

XXXTENTACION’S MOTHER HIT WITH $10K HOSPITAL BILL: XXXTentation’s mother was recently hit with a $10,000 hospital bill following the anniversary of the late rapper’s death. According to The Blast, X’s mother — Cleopatra Bernard, was sent a bill from the North Broward Medical Center, where her son was treated. The hospital is demanding $10,416.26 for his medical bill and wants the money as soon as possible.

SUV REPORTEDLY REGISTERED TO YG ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED IN FATAL POLICE SHOOTING: ABC 7 has reported that a black Cadillac Escalade registered to YG has reportedly been involved in a deadly shootout and chase with police in Compton. The site reports that authorities investigated a shooting in Compton that involved a deputy, and the investigation led to a chase that ended in Inglewood. A man, who is believed to be an innocent bystander, was allegedly killed at the scene. The deputy officer was shot, but only suffered minor injuries. YG has spoken on the incident and TMZ that he was not involved. He said, "I was nowhere near the scene of this incident and had been in a recording studio all day in Hollywood. I was there until after midnight on the Fourth of July and didn't learn of these events until after they happened." His legal team has also been in contact with law enforcement.

DABABY SUED BY A PROMOTER FOR SKIPPING A SHOW: Rapper DaBaby is being sued by a promoter for skipping a show after his crew attacked rapper, Don Trag. According to Complex, the assault allegedly left the rapper in a coma due to brain and neck swelling. The incident took place at Centro Night Club in Massachusetts back in May, where DaBaby and Don Trag were supposed to perform. However, DaBaby skipped the show because of the attack, and now he is facing a lawsuit over the skipped gig. He is being sued by promoter Nothing To Something ENTertainment because they said they already paid him for the gig, but he never performance. The promoter is seeking unspecified damages.

T.I. TO JOIN TASK FORCE TO REPURPOSE ATLANTA CITY JAIL: According to CNN, T.I. has been asked to join a task force to repurpose the Atlanta city jail. Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms is looking to turn the Atlanta City Detention Center into a "multi-faceted use center for wellness and healing, skill-building, economic mobility and crime prevention."
