JIM JONES REVEALS HOW CAM’RON PERFORMED AT JAY-Z’S ‘B-SIDES’ SHOW: JAY-Z marked the re-opening of NYC’s Webster Hall with his "B-Sides 2" Concert, which consisted of numerous performances including one with Cam’ron and Jim Jones. During a recent episode on the Rap Radar podcast, Jim revealed how the performance of "Welcome to New York City" came about, seemingly ending the longstanding feud between Cam and JAY. He said, "I got a call saying Jay about to do a special B-side concert. I'm like, 'Cool, can I get some tickets? What's up?' I thought that was the call like, 'Hey, you pulling up?' They like 'Yo, Jay-Z wants to perform 'Welcome to New York City.’" Jim continued, "Right after I got the call, I called Cam'ron, I said, 'Yo, Jay is doing this B-Side concert?' Cam's like 'Yeah.' I say, 'He's trying to perform 'Welcome to New York City' and they wanted me to know if maybe, you might just want to perform. You know, I'm just trying to do what I do.' He's like, 'Yeah run it. Let's do it.’"
