DRAKE SETTLES LAWSUIT OVER FALSE PREGNANCY AND RAPE CLAIMS: According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Drake has settled his lawsuit against Layla Lace, the woman whom he claims tried to extort him. He knows it." After Lace demanded that Drake pay for the baby, he requested a paternity test. Legal documents indicate that Lace refused the test, which raised doubts about her claims. She then filed a police report against Drake, alleging that he had raped and imprisoned her. Drake then sued Lace for civil extortion, defamation and fraud. TMZ reports that they have since resolved their dispute. Per their agreement, Lace is prohibited from making "statements alleging or insinuating" Drake raped her, impregnated her, and/or abandoned her. Drizzy’s attorney, Larry Stein, told the publication, "Drake and his team are satisfied with this outcome and while Drake appreciates the support he has received, he asks that his fans and the media allow both parties to move on with their lives."
