JUSSIE SMOLLETT'S 'EMPIRE' CHARACTER 'JAMAL LYON' WILL BE ON HIS HONEYMOON NEXT SEASON: Jussie Smollett's character Jamal Lyon will not be killed off of Empire. Charlie Collier, the CEO of Fox, confirmed that Jussie woudn't be returning next season, saying, "Jamal's on his honeymoon! Lee has spoken a lot about the situation and the story will reflect it, but… you'll see pictures of him in the background. He's on his homemoon in the storyline."

TRUMP SAYS COLIN KAEPERNICK SHOULD RETURN TO THE NFL 'IF HE IS GOOD ENOUGH': Donald Trump says that Colin Kaepernick should return to the NFL if he is "good enough" He told reporters on Friday (August 9th),"Only if he's good enough," Trump told reporters Friday, when asked if the ex-49er should get an opportunity to play in the league. DJIMON HOUNSOU FILES FOR JOINT CUSTODY OF HE AND KIMORA LEE SIMMONS' 10-YEAR-OLD SON: According to TMZ, Djimon Honsou -- the ex of Kimora Lee Simmons, has filed for joint custody of their 10-year-old son Kenzo. Back in June on Father's Day, Djimon complained to paparazzi that he hasn't been able to see his son in a while, and now, he's taking legal action to try and change that. Kimora was served with papers while walking down the street in Beverly Hills on Friday (August 9th), notifying her that her ex was filing for joint custody of their child, Kenzo. Meanwhile, Kimora has claimed thatHounsou is just an absent father who rarely wanted to see his son, and that's the only reason he hasn't. In the court docs, Djimon is seeking child support, a custody arrangement with Kimora, along with visitation rights. He is requesting joint joint legal and physical custody between both parents and asks for both parties to have equal time with the child.
