Lana Del Rey Releases 'Hope Is A Dangerous Thing For A Woman Like Me To Have - But I Have It'

Lana Del Rey has dropped "hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have – but i have it" from her forthcoming album Norman F-cking Rockwell.

Throughout the cut, described in a statement as a "fan track," Del Rey meditates on religion, family, alienation and the myths that surround celebrity.

The singer recently previewed the song on Instagram. In the post, she noted that her previously teased book of poetry – tentatively titled Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass – is due out later in 2019.

The track, produced by Jack Antonoff, follows last year’s releases, "Mariners Apartment Complex" and "Venice Bitch," both of which are set to appear on the album as well.

Norman F-cking Rockwell has no release date at this time.
