Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Will Not Have Huge Family

Children, almost certainly yes, but the question is, how many? That’s the question newlyweds Prince Harry, 35, and Meghan Markle, 36, have been contending with since news of their May 19thnuptials broke.

In Dublin on Wednesday, one woman in the crowd of admirers gathering to greet the royals had a suggestion framed as a question: “My husband also has red hair and he gave me five children — when are you and Meghan going to get going?”

The woman told People magazine of his response:  “He laughed and said ‘Five children? Too many.’ ”

Still, fans who want a bambino sooner rather than later can cling to Harry’s previous comments to the BBC shortly after their engagement: “You know, one step at a time. Hopefully we’ll start a family in the near future.”

Meanwhile, Meghan reveals her former career will always have a big place in her heart. Meghan, who gave up her role on Suits to marry Harry (royals don’t have classic careers, instead spending their time dedicated to philanthropy), admitted in Dublin that she missed her gig.

"I'm a fan of Suits and I said to her that I miss it and she said 'so do I'," Fiona Moore recalled to reporters. "She seemed very relaxed and was joking and laughing."
