Miranda Lambert Claps Back At Fan Who Said Her Marriage 'Won't Last'
Miranda Lambert clapped back at a fan who took a shot at her marriage to formerm NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin on social media over the weekend. Miranda shared a video of Brendan frying up chicken in a cast iron skillet sharing some of the lyrics from her new song, "Locomotive" writing, "I'm sweet tea sippin' on the front porch sittin' while my hubby fries chicken and I'm pickin' these straaangs." One hater commented, "It won't last," to which Miranda cleverly replied, "Sure won't! I'm gonna eat every piece of it! Can't waste chicken!"
Miranda and Brendan quietly tied the knot in January after dating only a couple of months.
Miranda's new single is called "It All Comes Out in the Wash."
She kicks off her headlining Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour on Sept. 1st in Uncasville, CT with special guest Elle King, Caylee Hammack and Pistol Annies.
